The Borough of Coleraine has a resident population in excess of 57,000.
Coleraine, Ireland, approximately 60 miles North of Belfast is the homebase of missionaries Bert and Doreen Ritchie and the location of the Church of Christ in Coleraine where they have served for more than 20 years.
 
With a current membership of approximately 40 Christians encompassing a good balance of ages, their focus is on an “every member ministry” which promotes involvement in every aspect of their work. It has been in some respects an uphill struggle against the background of a deep rooted religious tradition of Protestantism and Catholicism.
 
The church of Christ in Coleraine is a community focused church and well respected for their witness in the borough. As well as the weekly services on Sundays and mid-week, they offer a variety of community based projects which provide a platform whereby they can share their faith.
