The Pit Crew for Christ ministry provides basic car maintenance for our widows, widowers and single parents. This include changing the engine oil and filter, air filter, topping off fluids, checking the air pressure in the tires and a visual inspection of the car and drivetrain for any potential problems. This service is provided free of charge but does require an appointment.
The Pit Crew for Christ service projects are held 3 times a year in May, September and January and will be advertised in both our weekly bulletin and on the screens in the main auditoriums of our campuses.

How do I volunteer for this ministry?
We are always looking for volunteers to assist us with the Pit Crew for Christ service projects. A general knowledge of cars is helpful but is not a requirement, as we have some tasks that can be done by anyone with a willingness to help. Tools will be available but you can bring your own if you would like.
All of the supplies for the Pit Crew for Christ ministry are donated by members of our church. If you or your Sunday morning class, or Home Team would like to help sponsor this ministry, please contact Matt Dill (972-390-8431).
Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers. – Gal 6:9-10
