Originally from southern California,
Christopher believes anywhere can be home when God calls you there.
Longing to be known as a person who seeks the heart of God, Christopher
devotes his days to the pursuit of the things God loves – doing
justly, loving mercy and walking humbly – and trying to live
Christ-like in contemporary culture. As Minister of Spiritual Formation,
Christopher enjoys the gifts of teaching, encouragement, and faith
and is amazed by God’s appearance in the most unexpected ways
and places.
In addition to being an
enthusiastic motorcyclist, Christopher enjoys spending time with his
family and friends, making music with other musicians and attempting
to lower his golf score. He is married to Pamela and has two beautiful
daughters, Bevin and Ciara. Christopher joined the Highland Oaks staff
in July 2005. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication
from California State University, Fullerton,a Master of Arts degree,
and a Master of Divinity degree from Abilene Christian University.
